#RrjetiKonsumatorit në Berat i përbërë nga përfaqësues të qeverisjes lokale, përfaqësues të shoqërisë civile, gazetarë lokal dhe veterinerë dhe fermerë, u mblodh sot për të diskutuar në lidhje me ccështjet lidhur me të drejtën e konsumatorit muajt e fundit.

Një nga problematikat më të mëdha që #RrjetiBerat kishte vënë re ishin pesticidet në ushqime, dhe mos respektimi i afatit të karencës për të nxjerrë produktin në treg. Pavarësisht që përfaqësuesit e qeverisjes lokale i kishin parë këto shkelje, nuk ishin ankuar “për shkak të mentalitetit dhe se të gjithë njihen më njëri-tjetrin”.

#Informacion: karenca eshte afati i biodegradimit te pesticidit, pas te cilit mbetjet janë ne normative, ky afat është i vlefshëm vetëm ne bimë, jo në magazine. Nëse prodhimi i trajtuar konsumohet para përfundimit te afatit, është njëlloj si te konsumosh pesticidin me dorën tende. Prandaj kudo që jeni interesohuni për ketë problem, pasi edhe prodhuesit shpesh here gënjejnë, pasi kane mungese njohurish dhe duan që ta nxjerrin produktin sa më parë në treg duke rrezikuar seriozisht shëndetin e konsumatorit.

Shoqata Instituti për Zhvillim dhe Iniciativa Qytetare në partneritet me Albanian Socio Economic Think Tank, po zbaton projektin “Drejt BE-së: Forcimi i shoqërisë civile dhe qeverisjes lokale për një mbrojtje më të mirë të konsumatorit”.

Ky projekt mbështetet financiarisht nga European Union in Albania nëpërmjet programit IPA 2017, i cili menaxhohet nga Ministria e Financave CFCU Albania.

The first technical meeting in the city of Berat

#Consumer Network in Berat consisting of representatives of local government, civil society representatives, local journalists, veterinarians and farmers, gathered today to discuss issues related to consumer rights in recent months.

One of the biggest problems that #BeratNetwork had noticed were pesticides in food, and non-compliance with the expiration date to launch the product on the market. Despite the fact that the representatives of the local government had seen these violations, they had not complained: “because of the mentality and that everyone knows each other”.

#Information: the deadline is the biodegradation period of the pesticide, after which the waste is normative, this term is valid only in plants, not in storage. If the treated product is consumed before the expiration date, it is the same as consuming the pesticide with your own hand. Therefore, wherever you are, take an interest in this problem, as the manufacturers often lie, as they lack knowledge and want to put the product on the market as soon as possible, seriously endangering the health of the consumer.

Instituti per Zhvillim dhe Inisiativa Qytetare in partnership with Albanian Socio Economic Think Tank , is implementing the project” Toward EU: Strengthening CSOs and local government for better consumer protection “.
