IZHIQ nisi trajnimet 3- Ditore me 20 gra sipërmarrëse nga Peshkopia, Pilafa, Tomini, Straveci, Grevi, Maqellara, Rabdishti, Arrasi, Trepeci, Muhurri etj me fokus kryesor fuqizimin e këtyre grave, rritjen e kapaciteteve në mënyra efektive për promovimin e produkteve dhe bizneseve të tyre për t’i kthyer në ndërmarrje konkurruese në vend.

Instituti për Zhvillim dhe Inisiativa Qytetare (IZHIQ) nisi implementimin e projektit “Fuqizimi i rolit të gruas në zonën e Dibrës & promovimi i produkteve vendase” me mbështetjen financiare të Programit të Granteve të Vogla të Komisionit për Demokraci të Ambasadës së SHBA në Tiranë.

Empowering women entrepreneurs & promoting local products and agritourism in the Dibra region is the current mission of Instituti pwr Zhvillim dhe Inisiativa Qytetare.

IZHIQ started 3-days training with 20 women entrepreneurs from Peshkopia, Pilafa, Tomini, Straveci, Grevi, Maqellara, Rabdishti, Arrasi, Trepeci, Muhurri, etc. with the main focus on empowering these women, increasing their capacities in effective ways to promote products and their businesses & to turn them into competitive enterprises in the country.

On the first day of the training, was discussed:

Development of Agritourism – Albania’s case

Local organic products against industrial products – The global trend of recent years

Safe foods – Preservation from chemical, bacteriological and physical contamination

Food security – Business Development Sustainability

Successful models of agro-food enterprises in Albania – Discussion

Women’s economic empowerment and benefits of society – Work in groups

Instituti per Zhvillim dhe Inisiativa Qytetare (IZHIQ) started the implementation of the project ” Strengthening the role of women in the Dibra area and promotion of local products” financially supported by the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program of U.S. Embassy-Tirana.
