Instituti për Zhvillim dhe Inisiativa Qytetare organizoi #workshopin e parë me 25 gra #sipërmarrëse nga
Peshkopia, Pilafa, Tomini, Straveci, Grevi, Maqellara, Rabdishti, Arrasi, Trepeci, Muhurri etj me fokus kryesor fuqizimin e këtyre grave, rritjen e kapaciteteve në mënyra efektive për promovimin e produkteve dhe bizneseve të tyre për t’i kthyer në ndërmarrje konkurruese në vend.

“Megjithëse gratë janë inisiatore të nisjes së një biznesi vendas, janë burrat ata që e regjistrojnë biznesin në emrin e tyre” u shpreh Znj. Denisa Basha, Dr Kabineti – Bashkia Dibër. Ajo shpjegoi më tej rolin e pushtetit vendor në fuqizimin e sipërmarrjeve të drejtuara nga gratë.

Në takim u  diskutuan vështirësitë dhe sfidat qe hasin këto gra në bizneset e tyre informale dhe shprehën dëshirën për të bashkëpunuar me organizata të shoqërisë civile për t’u bërë zëri i tyre.

Në takim u diskutuan edhe rastet studimore të agrobizneseve të suksesshme të udhëhequra nga gratë dhe ndikimin e tyre në komunitet si dhe rëndësinë e rrjetëzimit dhe mentorimit.

Instituti per Zhvillim dhe Inisiativa Qytetare (IZHIQ) po implementon projektin “Fuqizimi i rolit të gruas në zonën e Dibrës & promovimi i produkteve vendase” me mbështetjen financiare të Programit të Granteve të Vogla të Komisionit për Demokraci të Ambasadës së SHBA në Tiranë U.S. Embassy-Tirana.

#IZHIQ organized the first workshop with 25 women #entrepreneurs from Peshkopia, Pilafa, Tomini, Straveci, Grevi, Maqellara, Rabdishti, Arras, Trepeci, Muhurri, etc. with the main focus on empowering these women, increasing their capacities in effective ways to promote their products and businesses to turn them into competitive enterprises in place.

“Although women are the initiators of starting a local business, it is the men who register the business in their name” said Mrs. Denisa Basha, Cabinet Director – Dibër Municipality. Mrs. Basha explained the role of local government in empowering women-led enterprises.

In the meeting, were discussed the difficulties and challenges that these women face in their informal businesses and they expressed the desire to cooperate with civil society organizations to become their voice.

In the meeting, there was also discussed case studies of successful agribusinesses led by women and their impact on the community, as well as the importance of networking and mentoring.

Instituti per Zhvillim dhe Iniciativa Qytetare (IZHIQ) is impelmenting the project ” Strengthening the role of women in the Dibra area and promotion of local products” financially supported by the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program of U.S. Embassy-Tirana.
