T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta element\u00eb rrisin rrezikun e\u00a0 s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare, hipertensionit, yndyrave t\u00eb larta n\u00eb gjak, diabetit, obezitetit etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb artikull do t\u2019ju tregojm\u00eb se si ndikojn\u00eb ushqimet e p\u00ebrpunuara n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e njeriut dhe si mund t\u2019i shmangim ato.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00c7far\u00eb jan\u00eb ushqimet e p\u00ebrpunuara?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Termi \u201cushqim i p\u00ebrpunuar\u201d mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb pak konfuzion sepse n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre shumica e ushqimeve jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara ose kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunohen.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpunimi mekanik: si grirja e mishit, ngrohja e perimeve ose pasterizimi i ushqimeve nuk i b\u00ebn domosdoshm\u00ebrish ushqimet t\u00eb pash\u00ebndetshme.
