Sidoqoft\u00eb, degradimi mjedisor i lidhur drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me nj\u00eb degradim t\u00eb mir\u00ebq\u00ebnies njer\u00ebzore, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb e pashmangshme, p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb ekonomit\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb moderne jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatshme t\u00eb miratojn\u00eb strategji t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb lidhje me burimet e fundme, t\u00eb parip\u00ebrt\u00ebritshme.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Globalisht, 60% e konsumator\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr ndryshimet klimaterike dhe 54% mendojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb japin nj\u00eb kontribut pozitiv n\u00eb bot\u00eb me blerjet e tyre (Euromonitor Internation, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Interesi p\u00ebr produkte t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme ndaj mjedisit arrin kulmin pas mosh\u00ebs 30 vje\u00e7, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rritjen e t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb disponueshme dhe potencialin e fitimit. KonMari Method\u2122 ka krijuar popullaritet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, me k\u00ebshillat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jetes\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebm nga sende q\u00eb i flasin zemr\u00ebs dhe eleminimin e \u00e7do sendi q\u00eb nuk ngjall g\u00ebzim. Belk argumentoi sesi vetja jon\u00eb \u201czgjatej\u201d nga sendet n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, q\u00eb ishin nj\u00eb pasqyrim i identitetit t\u00eb njeriut. Gjenerata e re nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ka p\u00ebrqafuar nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb re q\u00eb prioritizon eksperienc\u00ebn kundrejt pron\u00ebsis\u00eb. Identiteti i tyre, vetja, krijohet nga ekperiencat q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb dhe ndajn\u00eb me bot\u00ebn n\u00eb rrjete sociale, duke ulur r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e zot\u00ebrimit t\u00eb pasurive, trend ky n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimin e ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese t\u00eb ndarjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb (Uber, co-working spaces etc).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar trendet konsumatore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri drejt nj\u00eb konsumi t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm q\u00eb p\u00ebrqafon nj\u00eb filozofi p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn q\u00eb nuk do guxonim ta quanim t\u00eb re, pasi reflekton nj\u00eb kthim n\u00eb identitet sipas modelit natyror qarkullues, Centre for Competitive Skills (CSS) nd\u00ebrmori nje studim tregu, financuar nga Bashkimi European. Studimi u zhvillua p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb muajit Janar- Shkurt 2020, mes 707 konsumator\u00ebve n\u00eb zonat q\u00ebndrore urbane n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri (Tiran\u00eb dhe Durr\u00ebs), i udh\u00ebhequr nga ekspertja e konsumatorit dhe tregut, Silvana Xheka.<\/p>\n<p>Termi \u201cEkonomi Qarkulluese\u201d (Circular Economy) \u00ebsht\u00eb familjar p\u00ebr 15% t\u00eb konsumator\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa termi \u201cEkonomi Ricikluese\u201d p\u00ebr 49% t\u00eb tyre. Kjo e fundit edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb hallk\u00eb e ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese ka krijuar rezonanc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e bizneseve dhe iniciativave ricikluese n\u00eb vend si edhe prej leht\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuptuar, duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb koncept homogjen.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht terminologjis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkufizimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur, shqet\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme mjedisore dhe konsumatore \u00ebsht\u00eb i lart\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkon me trendet globale.<\/p>\n<p>Degradimi i cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ushqimit kryeson list\u00ebn e shqet\u00ebsimeve (95% t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar) mes konsumatorit urban shqiptar si pasoj\u00eb e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb besimit mbi kontrollin, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb produkte lokale qoft\u00eb n\u00eb ato t\u00eb importit.<\/p>\n<p>Rritja e materialeve t\u00eb rrezikshme n\u00eb produkte (94% t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim tjet\u00ebr i ekspozuar gjithashtu nga media koh\u00eb pas kohe. Ky shqet\u00ebsim \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i lart\u00eb p\u00ebr produktet kozmetike, t\u00eb kujdesit personal, lodrave t\u00eb femij\u00ebve, produktet me origjin\u00eb nga vendet e Lindjes s\u00eb larg\u00ebt me cil\u00ebsi shum\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb prodhimit dhe \u00e7mime t\u00eb ulta.<\/p>\n<p>Ndotja e ajrit \u00ebsht\u00eb e treta n\u00eb list\u00ebn e shqet\u00ebsimeve, ndjekur nga ato q\u00eb konsiderohen me ndikim ca m\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrthort\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e konsumatorit si: ndotja oqeaneve dhe deteve, zhdukja e gjallesave, degradimi i burimeve ujore, tok\u00ebs dhe burimeve gjeologjike. Ngrohja globale, renditet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb list\u00ebs edhe pse i diskutuar masivisht n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar mes mbeshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb zjarrt\u00eb t\u00eb tez\u00ebs dhe skeptik\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>83% shprehen t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb modifikojn\u00eb stilin e jet\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar d\u00ebmet q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb n\u00eb mjedis, shif\u00ebr kjo mbi mesataren globale. Aspak p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7uditur, pasi konsumatori shqiptar, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ai urban, ka gjer\u00ebsisht qasje mjaft t\u00eb hapur ndaj trendeve t\u00eb reja dhe kulturalisht ka prirje entuziaste, ndryshe nga tregje m\u00eb t\u00eb saturuara. Niveli i gatishm\u00ebris\u00eb megjithat\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb uniform n\u00eb mesin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb familjes. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr kujdesin e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe blerjet kryesore t\u00eb familjes, kan\u00eb prirje pozitive m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb (8% diferenc\u00eb) drejt nj\u00eb konsumi t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth 40% e konsumatorit urban shpreh gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb paguaj m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr ushqime organike (bio) q\u00eb jan\u00eb ekologjikisht miq\u00ebsore dhe gati po aq p\u00ebr ushqime dhe produkte me paketim t\u00eb ricikluesh\u00ebm. Gatishm\u00ebria vjen sigurisht m\u00eb paket\u00eb me nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr siguri dhe garanci q\u00eb ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet ekologjik, ruan vlerat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira ushqyese p\u00ebr konsumatorin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur duke mbrojtur mjedisin. Matja e elasticitetit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve p\u00ebr sektor dhe produkte t\u00eb ndryshme k\u00ebrkon studime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme p\u00ebr segmente popullat\u00eb, por duksh\u00ebm etja p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb sigurt dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb e konsiderueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Globalisht kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqafuar dhe marketuar q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe mbrojtjen e mjedisit si shtyll\u00eb t\u00eb biznesit te tyre, kan\u00eb avantazh t\u00eb fort\u00eb konkurrues ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00ebse kan\u00eb arritur t\u2019i sjellin produktet dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e tyre pa \u00e7mim premium. Globalisht sip\u00ebrmarjet me fuqin\u00eb e teknologjis\u00eb po hapin shtigje t\u00eb reja n\u00eb rikonceptimin e t\u00eb b\u00ebrit biznesit, duke ruajtur kostot dhe madje duke i ulur ato. Shum\u00eb shpejt kjo shtyll\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri dhe kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtaten me parimet e q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb penalizohen nga konsumatori global dhe tregu. Gjetjet e k\u00ebtij studimi tregojn\u00eb se konsumatori shqiptar urban ka etje p\u00ebr produkte dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb mjedisin dhe zhvillohen sipas parimeve t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese, prirje kjo m\u00eb dominante n\u00eb sektorin ushqimor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb list\u00ebn e zakoneve q\u00eb konsumatori shqiptar urban shpreh gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar jan\u00eb: p\u00ebrdorim i \u00e7antave shum\u00eb-p\u00ebrdorimshe p\u00ebr pazare, mbajtja e ujit n\u00eb shishe shum\u00eb-p\u00ebrdorimshe, riparim p\u00ebr rritjen e jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb produkteve dhe pajisjeve sht\u00ebpiake, kursim energjie elektrike dhe uj\u00eb, informimi nga etiketat per blerje m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb disa zakone t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me rezistenc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrqafuar jan\u00eb: pak\u00ebsim i produkteve t\u00eb bulmetit dhe mishit q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore e kulinaris\u00eb shqiptare, riparim, shk\u00ebmbim dhe\u00a0pak\u00ebsim i blerjeve t\u00eb rrobave prej v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb madhe q\u00eb ka veshja, si edhe pak\u00ebsim i p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb makin\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me bi\u00e7iklet\u00ebn. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto zakone jan\u00eb paraqitje t\u00eb dukshme t\u00eb statusit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn shqiptare. Konsumatori ekologjik q\u00eb reklamon statusin si individ i p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm dhe mbrojt\u00ebs i mjedisit nuk ka z\u00ebn\u00eb vend akoma mir\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqafuar masivisht n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb urbane.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi brezat e rinj Gen Z (18-24 vje\u00e7) dhe Millenials (25-39 vje\u00e7) shprehin bindjen (80%) se p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i mjedisit p\u00ebrmes riciklimit dhe pro\u00e7eseve t\u00eb reduktimit t\u00eb mbetjeve, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb sesa rritja ekonomike. Me rritjen n\u00eb mosh\u00eb, rritja ekonomike fillon merr pesh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr nga r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia p\u00ebrkundrejt p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb mjedisit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb pyetur rreth pengesave q\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsojn\u00eb zhvillimin e sip\u00ebrmarrjeve sipas parimeve t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, shumica e t\u00eb anketuarve identifikojn\u00eb munges\u00ebn e vet\u00ebdijes dhe njohurive si penges\u00eb kryesore (58%), t\u00eb ndjekur nga mungesa e interesit nga ana e bizneseve (43%) dhe mungesa e stimujve qeveritar\u00eb (41%) si edhe kuadri ligjor (35%).<\/p>\n<p>Zhvillimet e para rreth parimeve t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vihen re n\u00eb kompanit\u00eb prodhuese dhe ricikluese ku p\u00ebrfitimi ekonomik nga ekonomia qarkulluese \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm dhe m\u00eb pak n\u00eb ato t\u00eb retail ku presioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar me modelin linear \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i lart\u00eb, qoft\u00eb nga vendimmarr\u00ebsit qoft\u00eb nga zinxhiri furnizues. Disa shembuj lokal q\u00eb operojn\u00eb 100% sipas parimeve t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese u prezantuan gjat\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb rajonale t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri; I.N.C.A. Nordfish\u00a0prodhon zorr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara dhe produkte me origjin\u00eb shtazore, Albkalusyan n\u00eb sektorin e bim\u00ebve mjek\u00ebsore, \u201cSapun Organik i Roskovecit\u201d
