noting that they often had no knowledge about employment contracts, had worked overtime without being paid, and in some cases did not benefit from full social security contributions, as they were declared only on the minimum wage and not on their actual salary.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">This activity is part of the project \u201cFrom Awareness to Action: Youth and CSOs Promote Labor Rights in Klos and Berat\u201d, within the sub-granting scheme of the \u201cBuilding Bridges\u201d project, financed by the
