Në këtë takim morën pjesë 16 pjesëmarrës – të rinj të punësuar (16–29 vjeç), përfaqësues të shoqërisë civile dhe përfaqësues të Bashkisë Berat.

Rëndësisë së kontratave të punës

Njohjes dhe zbatimit të Kodit të Punës

Të drejtave dhe detyrimeve të punëmarrësve dhe punëdhënësve

Parandalimit të diskriminimit në vendin e punës

Sigurimeve shoqërore dhe shëndetësore

Në fokus-grup u evidentuan problematika të zakonshme që prekin të rinjtë, si:

• Punë jashtë orarit pa pagesë shtesë

• Mungesa e kontratave të punës

• Njohuri të pamjaftueshme mbi të drejtat dhe detyrimet ligjore

Ky aktivitet u realizua në kuadër të projektit “Nga Ndërgjegjësimi në Veprim: Të rinjtë dhe OSHC-të Promovojnë të Drejtat e Punës në Klos dhe Berat”, pjesë e mekanizmit të nëngranteve të projektit “Building Bridges”, financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatuar nga Studies and Development Center (SDC) me partnerët KREO Albania dhe REDU Itali.

IZHIQ held the second focus group at the Multifunctional Center in Berat!

The meeting gathered 16 participants – employed youth (16–29 years old), representatives from civil society organizations, and representatives from the Municipality of Berat.

The discussions focused on:

The importance of employment contracts

Awareness and implementation of the Labor Code

Rights and obligations of employees and employers

Preventing workplace discrimination

Social and health insurance

The focus group highlighted common challenges faced by young people, such as:

• Working overtime without extra pay

• Lack of formal employment contracts

• Limited knowledge about labor rights and legal obligations

This activity was carried out within the project “From Awareness to Action: Youth and CSOs Promote Labor Rights in Klos and Berat”, part of the sub-granting mechanism of the “Building Bridges” project, financed by the European Union and implemented by the Studies and Development Center (SDC) in partnership with KREO Albania and REDU Italy.
